A former U.S. Army Air Traffic Controller and accredited airport executive, he specializes in Advanced Air Mobility; his published work, including NASA contractor reports, covers aviation electrification and proof-of-location networks.

He is the author of the science fiction series Those Who Run To The Stars. He lives in New York.
